The ICA Training & Workshop Committee will be holding a drawing for two $250.00 scholarships at the ICA spring conference  in Bettendorf, Iowa.  The drawing will be held at the awards banquet.

GUIDELINES:

~ICA member or children of ICA members who are currently attending college/technical school, or planning to attend after high school this spring—either full or part-time.

~One application per person will be accepted.  A member and his or her child may apply in the same year if they fill out two separate applications.

~Need not be present to win.

~The award will be sent directly to the school of the student’s choice for deposit into the student’s school account.

~Applications must be submitted on the “Scholarship Application Form”.  Copies of the form are acceptable.

~ICA membership status will be verified when the application form is received.

~Recipient may receive the award only once.

~Deadline is postmark of 7 days prior to spring banquet for mailing.  Applicants may turn in their application at the spring conference until 4:00 pm before the banquet.  All early applications should be mailed to:
